Shipping policy

We ship fine art prints to addresses within Australia only. All prints are produced and fulfilled through our print partner, Gelato.
All prints are made to order. The estimated time from placing your order to delivery at your door is 4–6 business days on standard shipping, or 3–5 business days on express shipping. These timeframes include both production and delivery and are estimates only — they cannot be guaranteed.
Remote areas may take longer. Some products may be produced interstate or internationally, which can affect timeframes.
Tracking information will be provided once your order has been dispatched. You can use this to monitor your delivery through the carrier's tracking page.
Orders are fulfilled via a network of carriers including DHL, FedEx, and others. The carrier used is determined at the time of dispatch based on your location, product type, and shipping method selected.
Delivery timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed. Once an order has been dispatched, we are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier. If your order hasn't arrived within two business days of the estimated delivery date, please check your tracking link first, then contact us if you need further assistance.
