All prints are made to order. Please read this policy carefully before purchasing.
Because every print is produced specifically for your order, we do not accept change-of-mind returns or exchanges.
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, we will make it right. To be eligible:
· Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order
· Email shop@aerialart.com.au with your order number and clear photo evidence of the damage or incorrect item
We will assess your claim and offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.
We do not accept returns or issue refunds for change-of-mind purchases. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.
